Abstract:
The present invention makes it possible to appropriately manage power in such a way that a control device controls the power supply from a conversion unit to a specific load and the power supply from a commercial power supply to the specific load, said conversion unit having a power generation device and a storage battery connected thereto and converting a DC power to an AC power. When it is determined that the commercial power supply is in a normal state, both the conversion unit and the commercial power supply are connected to the specific load. When it is determined that the commercial power supply transits from the normal state to a failed state, the commercial power supply is disconnected from the specific load while maintaining the connection between the conversion unit and the specific load. When it is determined that the commercial power supply transits from the failed state to the normal state, the conversion unit is disconnected from the specific load and the commercial power supply is connected to the specific load.
