Abstract:
A charging/discharging control device according to an embodiment is equipped with a first determination unit, a second determination unit, and a switching unit. The first determination unit determines whether a voltage value of a storage battery capable of supplying power to a DC load is equal to or less than a first threshold value when a supply of AC power has stopped. The second determination unit determines whether a difference between the voltage value of the storage battery and a voltage value of DC power output from a rectifier, which converts AC power to DC power and supplies the AC power to a DC load and the storage battery, is equal to or less than a second threshold value when the supply of AC power is restarted. The switching unit interrupts the connection between the storage battery and the rectifier and the DC load when the first determination unit determines that the voltage value of the storage battery is equal to or less than the first threshold value, and reopens the connection from the rectifier to the storage battery when the second determination unit determines that the difference between the voltage value of the storage battery and the voltage value of the DC power is equal to or less than the second threshold value.
