Abstract:
The present invention provides an estimation device and so forth that can reduce time for accident investigation, without increasing staff for the accident investigation. A control device 10 according to an aspect of the present disclosure includes a flying object control unit 130 that controls a first flying object and a second flying object, such that the first flying object hovers steady overhead of a first target device, and the second flying object hovers steady overhead a second target device, a measurement control unit 140 that controls the first flying object so as to measure a first distance from itself to the second flying object, in accordance with the first flying object hovering steady overhead of the first target device and the second flying object hovering steady overhead the second target device, and a distance acquisition unit 150 that acquires the first distance that is measured, from the first flying object.
