Title:
CONTROL DEVICE FOR HYBRID VEHICLE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2012/114472
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a control device for a hybrid vehicle capable of reducing the shock to the driver upon engine startup when the hybrid vehicle is driven by a motor. When an engine (14) is started by a request from the hybrid system, an engagement pressure (ΔP) of a lock-up clutch (15) is set low compared to the time of an engine startup by the acceleration request from the driver, and thus the sensitivity of the driver with respect to shock is high. Upon engine startup by a request from the hybrid system, the engagement pressure (ΔP) of the lock-up clutch (15) is set low so as to reduce the percentage of torque transmission by the lock-up clutch (15) and reduce the percentage of torque transmission via a fluid by a torque converter (16). Thus, with the slip of the fluid upon the torque transmission, torque variations upon engine startup can be efficiently absorbed and shock can be reduced.
