Abstract:
In a hydraulic machine such as an excavation/turning work machine utilizing a load-sensing pump control system, the multiplexity of error factors results in a significant variation in the pump control characteristic among multiple hydraulic machines and operation speed characteristic among the multiple hydraulic machines with regard to the individual drive units; therefore, there has been a demand for a device structure that is able to correct this in a simple manner. The present invention provides a control device for a hydraulic machine that uses a storage unit and a computation unit external to the hydraulic machine to carry out a process for calculating a correction factor for a control output value for an electromagnetic proportion valve that generates control pressure, said calculation being carried by bringing the state of engine rotation or operation of a hydraulic actuator into a specific state and detecting error in the hydraulic pump flow rate or, as a substitute for said detection, detecting error in a numerical value that can be easily detected externally, such as the rotation speed of a travel motor.
