Abstract:
[Solution] A control device for a hydrogen system according to the present embodiment, which produces hydrogen by using first power provided from a renewable energy power generation device and second power provided from a power system, is provided with: a first setting unit which sets in advance, in a demand response request period, a baseline that shows a first power consumption amount of the second power to be consumed when there is not a demand response request; a second setting unit which sets in advance an actual power consumption amount to be obtained by reducing a reduction power amount from the first power consumption amount, when there is a demand response request for reducing the first power consumption amount in the request period; and a control unit which controls a power amount of the second power within the request period on the basis of the actual power consumption amount, wherein the second setting unit sets the actual power consumption amount to be in a range in which the hydrogen system can generate hydrogen to reach a target hydrogen amount within a first period that includes the request period and is longer than the request period.
