Abstract:
A control device comprising: a main subject detection unit which detects a first main subject among subjects included in a first image, and acquires main subject information indicating the first main subject; a distance information calculation unit which detects the distances of the subjects included in the first image, and acquires first distance information indicating the distances; and a detection unit which, on the basis of the main subject information and the first distance information, detects a distance within which the first main subject is included, and acquires main subject distance information indicating the distance within which the first main subject is included.
