Abstract:
Provided are a combustion pressure detecting method and a combustion pressure detecting device for an internal combustion engine, which are capable of accurately detecting combustion pressure in a simple manner by using a crank angle sensor. In the present invention, the relationship between a crank angle sensor signal and a combustion pressure signal is recorded in advance such that, even when a combustion pressure sensor fails, combustion pressure can be detected by comparing a crank angle sensor signal with the relationship.
