Abstract:
Provided is a control device for an inverted pendulum vehicle, which enables an occupant to easily mount or dismount from the vehicle.
In a mode for a transitional period in which an occupant tries to mount or dismount from an inverted pendulum vehicle (1), a moving operation part controlling means (50) of the vehicle controls the moving operation of a moving operation part (5) such that the sensitivity of the change of the moving speed of the moving operation part (5) or the sensitivity of the change of the moving acceleration of the moving operation part (5) to the change of the actual inclination angle (inclination angle about the axis in at least one direction) of a mount part (3) is lower in at least part of the period than in a mounting mode in which the occupant is mounting the vehicle.
