Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to reduce the load on a control device by reliably separating vibration modes of a rotor, thereby facilitating stabilization design of a magnetic bearing. The present invention includes: magnetic bearings 10, 20 having electromagnets 10a, 20a provided at one end 101 and the other end 102 of a rotor 100 so as to support, without making contact, the one end 101 and the other end 102 of the rotor 100 by the magnetic attraction forces of the electromagnets 10a, 20a; and displacement sensors 30, 40 that measure the inclination F1 at the one end 101 of the rotor 100 and the inclination F2 at the other end 102 of the rotor 100, wherein the magnetic attraction forces of the electromagnets 10a, 20a are controlled on the basis of the inclinations F1 and F2 measured by the displacement sensors 30, 40.
