Abstract:
The present invention relates to a control device (20) for controlling a metering element (22) of a wetting device (24) for metering a binder during the production of material board from dispersible material (14), comprising: a measuring interface (42) for receiving a measured value comprising information for determining the material density of the dispersible material in a material supply (16) of an incorporation device (12) for a wetting device (24); a processor (44) for calculating the material density on the basis of the at least one measured value and for determining a metering value on the basis of the material density; and a control interface (46) for transmitting a control signal to the metering element (22), in order to actuate the metering element (22) to meter the binder according to the determined metering value. The invention also relates to a control method, an incorporation device (12) and an incorporation method for incorporating a binder into a continuous material stream of dispersible material (14) and to a system (10) for producing material board.
