Abstract:
The invention relates to a control device and a method for operating a control device of a motor vehicle by means of a driver profile of a driver of a motor vehicle, wherein said driver profile can be created according to the driving behaviour of the driver and is designed to be stored in a temporary storage means and transferred to a storage unit belonging to or associated with a control device of a motor vehicle, said driver profile of the motor vehicle containing operating data relating to parameters of at least one functional group characterising or influencing the driving dynamics of the motor vehicle, by means of which parameters the driving behaviour in the motor vehicle can be adjusted. The invention thereby provides flexible use of the driver profile for adjusting a desired motor vehicle to a specific driver.
