Abstract:
The control device according to the present embodiment is characterized by being provided with: an acquisition unit that acquires first power values that represent time sequence values for a first power during a prescribed time period; a generation unit that generates second power values that represent time sequence values for planned power during the prescribed time period, wherein the ratio of the sum of power shortage values that are based on the differences between the first power values and the second power values during the prescribed time period and the sum of surplus power values that are based on said differences is associated with the system efficiency of a hydrogen energy storage device; and a control unit that controls the hydrogen energy storage device so as to make the hydrogen energy storage device produce hydrogen in accordance with the surplus power values and use hydrogen to generate power in accordance with the power shortage values.
