Abstract:
This control device (20) receives reports from two or more users and controls an air conditioner. The control device (20) is provided with: an acquisition unit (210) which acquires information which indicates a report selected from among a first type report and a second type report that have different degrees of air conditioning comfort; and a transmission unit (240) which transmits a control instruction to an air conditioner, when a combination of the number of first type reports and the number of second type reports is within a first range, when restrictions for controlling the air conditioner are removed. The restrictions are set or removed when the combined number of reports is within a second range different from the first range.
