Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to make it possible for an audio processing system which produces a speaker-output of microphone-input audio to implement appropriate control in accordance with the status of ambient sound. For this purpose, the audio processing system for producing a speaker-output of audio that has been input using a microphone is provided with a control device including a characteristics control unit and an analysis unit. The characteristics control unit is adapted to selectively implement a plurality of control schemes as an audio signal characteristics control scheme. The analysis unit analyzes the audio input using the microphone, and selects the control scheme to be implemented by the characteristics control unit with respect to the audio processing system, depending on the result of analysis.
