Abstract:
Provided is a control device for controlling an imaging condition of a sensor provided with one or more pixels, the control device being provided with: an event detection unit that detects, in the one or more pixels, an event indicating that a luminance signal changes beyond a predetermined threshold, and outputs an event detection signal; and a control unit that controls the imaging condition of the sensor on the basis of the event detection signal. Further provided is a control method for controlling an imaging condition of a sensor provided with one or more pixels, the control method comprising: detecting, in the one or more pixels, an event indicating that a luminance signal changes beyond a predetermined threshold; and controlling the imaging condition of the sensor on the basis of the detection of the event.
