Abstract:
A control device 1 is provided with: a storage unit 13 that stores an upper limit value of traffic intensities that can be processed by a session boarder controller (SBC) in a predetermined time, and also stores an upper limit value of numbers of signal conversion rules that can be processed by the SBC; and a calculation unit 11 that uses the traffic intensities of respective service providers and the number of signal conversion rules to allocate the server provider the traffic intensity of which is the highest among those of multiple server providers to the SBC, and that uses the upper limit value of traffic intensities and the upper limit value of numbers of signal conversion rules read from the storage unit 13 to determine from among the remaining server providers a combination of server providers to be allocated to the SBC such that unused resources related to the traffic intensities and to the numbers of signal conversion rules in the SBC are minimized.
