Abstract:
When an initial position is defined as S, an intermediate position is defined as M, a goal position is defined as G, and a set of continuous positions including positions totaling half or more of the positions included in the intermediate position is defined as M', a first movement planning part 1 creates, as a first movement plan, a plan for (1) moving first type control target units present at the initial position S to M'-S, (2) moving second control target units present at S-M' to M', and (3) moving the first type control target units present at M' to M-M'. A second movement planning part 3 creates, as a second movement plan, a plan for (1) moving the first type control target units present at the goal position G to M'-G, (2) moving the second control target units present at G-M' to M', and (3) moving the first type control target units present at M' to M-M'.
