Abstract:

This control device controls customer equipment on electricity-customer premises and has a control unit. When connected, via a first network provided on said electricity-customer premises, to an operating device that operates said customer equipment, the control unit transmits, to said operating device, information that indicates operable features, said operable features being a subset of a plurality of features that the customer equipment has that can be operated by the operating device. Upon receiving, from the operating device, an operation instruction for a feature specified from among said operable features, the control unit transmits, to the customer equipment, a request message that requests that the specified feature be executed. The control unit selects the operable features from among said plurality of features in accordance with whether the operating device is located outside the electricity-customer premises.
