Abstract:
A charge/discharge control device according to one embodiment of the present disclosure is provided with: a frequency measurement unit (303) for measuring a system frequency; a reference frequency update unit (304) for updating a reference frequency; a frequency deviation calculation unit (305) for calculating a frequency deviation indicating the difference between the reference frequency and the system frequency; a command value determination unit (306) for determining a power command value using the frequency deviation; and a charge/discharge control unit (307) for allowing a power storage system to charge and discharge power. The reference frequency update unit (304) determines whether a reverse operation occurs or not. When it is determined that the reverse operation does not occur, the reference frequency update unit (304) updates the reference frequency so that the reference frequency matches a frequency obtained by applying a low-pass filter to the temporal variation of the system frequency. When it is determined that the reverse operation occurs, the reference frequency update unit (304) updates the reference frequency so that the reference frequency matches the system frequency.
