Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a control device and control method whereby it is possible to issue a notification of a direction of an object without obstructing a user's field of vision. On the basis of an object direction which is a direction with respect to a user of an object, a control unit causes a zone to operate which, with respect to a prescribed position of an oscillation device, said oscillation device stimulating the user's sense of touch, is present in a direction which corresponds to the object direction. The present disclosure may be applied to such as a photography device which, using a photographic image of a user's blind spot, detects a direction of an object which is present in the user's blind spot and generates an oscillation command signal or a pressure application command signal on the basis of said direction.
