Abstract:
The present invention can provide one to drive safely by immediately releasing a one-way rotation control for a pedal shaft to enable a pedal to freely rotate the pedal shaft in both directions when a reverse pedal operation is required to avoid dangers such as obstacles of a road and the like which occur accidentally or if the rotation of the pedal shaft is not required like when driving on a downhill road or when driving at high-speed and the like, whereas a prior one-way clutch pedal enables the pedal shaft to rotate only in one way. To this end, the present invention removes an inner wheel for a bearing to enable the direct friction with the pedal shaft and forms different axial diameters which prevents the operation of a clutch bearing (31) at a part having a small axial diameter but enables the operation of the clutch bearing when the invention is slid to a part having a large axial diameter, thereby solving the problem of a dead point and increasing the rotational force.
