Abstract:
There is a possibility that apparent power will increase and the load on a circuit or the like provided in a power conditioner will increase, when further increasing reactive power in order to change the reactive power according to the frequency deviation of a system power source, after increasing reactive power in order to minimize a voltage increase. This control device controls the output of a power conditioner on the basis of the amount of change in a first reactive power, which is the phase-advanced reactive power or the lagging reactive power to be outputted by the power conditioner according to frequency deviation, and/or the amount of change in a second reactive power to be outputted by the power conditioner in order to control an increase in voltage. This control device also controls the output of the power conditioner so as to reduce the active power outputted by the power conditioner, when changing the direction for increasing the phase-advanced reactive power outputted by the power conditioner, on the basis of the amount of change in the second reactive power when the voltage corresponding to the output voltage of the power conditioner is at or above an upper-limit voltage.
