Abstract:

Provided is a control device for a power converter with which oscillation is suppressed and DC power transmission is stabilized rapidly when DC current oscillates. This control device Cb is for a power converter 2b which, among two power converters 2a and 2b connected via a DC line 3a, is a reverse converter for converting DC power to AC power. This control device is equipped with: a constant margin-angle control circuit 10b for performing control such that the margin angle of the power converter is constant; a constant voltage control circuit 11b for performing control such that the DC voltage of the DC line 3a achieves a prescribed DC voltage reference value; a constant current control circuit 12b that performs control such that the DC current of the DC line 3a achieves a prescribed DC current reference value; an oscillation suppression circuit 20 for outputting a differential value of the DC current at the end of the reverse converter; an adder 15b for adding the output from the constant voltage control circuit 11b and the output from the oscillation suppression circuit 20; and a minimum value selection circuit 13b for selecting the minimum value from the output from the constant margin-angle control circuit 10b, the output from the adder 15b, and the output from the constant current control circuit 12b, and setting that value as the control angle of the power converter 2b.
