Abstract:
A power generation system (100) comprises a rotational solid (1), a power generator (3), a brake circuit (4), a voltage sensor (VS), and a control device (5). The control device (5) actuates a brake via the brake circuit (4) when the rotation speed of the rotational solid (1) exceeds a first threshold value (L). After the rotation speed of the rotational solid (1) falls below the first threshold value (L), the control device (5) stops actuating the brake via the brake circuit (4) when a resolutive condition is fulfilled, this condition being established on the basis of the value of power generation voltage detected by the voltage sensor (VS) and/or the rotation speed of the rotational solid (1).
