Abstract:
This control device 400 for a machining center 1 processes a crank bearing hole at a non-correction target portion of a workpiece W and a crank bearing hole 130 at a position which differs from that of the non-correction target portion and is separated from an upper deck surface 111 of the workpiece W, in this order. The machining center 1 is provided with: a coolant supply device 200 for supplying a coolant to the crank bearing hole 130 of the workpiece W during a processing work; and a temperature sensor 204 for detecting the temperature of the coolant. The control device 400 is provided with: a calculation unit 411 for estimating, as the temperature of the workpiece W, the temperature of the coolant after a predetermined time elapsed from the start of the processing work, and calculates a deformation amount due to thermal expansion of the workpiece W; a correction unit 412 for correcting, on the basis of the deformation amount, a processing position with respect to the upper deck surface 111 of the crank bearing hole 130; and a command unit 413 that starts the processing of the crank bearing hole 130 in the corrected processing position after the predetermined time elapses. The predetermined time is a period of time which is determined in advance and taken from a time when the processing work starts to a time when a difference between the temperature of the workpiece W in the vicinity of the crank bearing hole 130 and the temperature of the coolant falls within a prescribed range.
