Provided is a control device, comprising: a feature value generation means which, from data which is associated with a control subject, generates a feature value which is suited to sensing an anomaly which arises with the control subject; a machine learning means which carries out machine learning using the feature value which is generated by the feature value generation means; an anomaly sensing means which, on the basis of an anomaly sensing parameter which is determined on the basis of the learning result of the machine learning and which is used in the sensing of the anomaly which arises with the control subject, and of the feature value which is generated by the feature value generation means, senses the anomaly; an instruction means which instructs the anomaly sensing means to sense the anomaly; and a data compression means which compresses the feature value which is generated by the feature value generating means and sends the result to the machine learning means and the anomaly sensing means. The instruction means transmits to the anomaly sensing means a necessary request for the sensing of the anomaly. The anomaly sensing means carries out the sensing of the anomaly without returning to the instruction means a response to the request.
