Abstract:
A comparison unit in a control device, that compares the outside air temperature in outside air temperature information obtained by an outside air temperature acquisition unit and an outside air temperature threshold set by a threshold setting unit. A first information acquisition unit obtains ON operation information indicating that an ON operation has occurred in relation to an active device. A device control unit performs passive control if the outside air temperature is within a temperature range more on the comfortable side than the outside air temperature threshold. If the outside air temperature is within a temperature range more on the uncomfortable side than the outside air temperature threshold, the device control unit performs passive control until an ON operation is performed, and performs active control once the ON operation has been performed. Passive control is the performance of OFF control for active devices and the performance of natural environment usage control for passive devices. Active control is the performance of ON control for active devices.
