Abstract:
[Problem] To stabilize the orientation of a link mechanism or a robot device including the link mechanism when a power supply for driving the link mechanism is stopped. [Solution] This control device is provided with: brake units that electrically connect the terminals of motor units driving joints and thereby apply brakes to the driving of the motor units; and a brake control unit that control braking from each of the brake units to the corresponding motor unit on the basis of information detected by a sensor.
