Abstract:
This control device of a rotating machine comprises: a magnetic pole position estimating unit; a vector calculation unit that generates a d axis current and a q axis current based on the phase current detection results of each phase flowing in the rotating machine; a current command correction unit that corrects a first d axis current command and a first q axis current command, and outputs a second d axis current command and a second q axis current command; a current control unit; a voltage application unit that superimposes a high frequency voltage including a specific frequency component on a voltage command on the rotation coordinates; and a voltage control unit, wherein the magnetic pole estimating unit estimates the magnetic pole position based on the state quantity of the specific frequency component, and the current command correction unit corrects the current command so that the current amplitude of an electrical angle frequency component is ½ times or greater than the current amplitude of the specific frequency component.
