Abstract:
Disclosed is a control device for stereoscopic image display that is equipped with an acquisition means for acquiring a stereoscopic image stream, which includes stereoscopic image information that has been photographed by a compound-eye camera comprising two cameras, and information related to the focal distance of the two cameras when the stereoscopic image information is being photographed; an adjustment means for adjusting the offset amount in the stereoscopic image information, which is for determining the display position of a left-eye image and a right-eye image on a display screen, on the basis of the focal distance-related information comprised in the acquired stereoscopic image stream; and a display control means for controlling the stereoscopic image information in a manner such that the stereoscopic image information is displayed on the basis of the adjusted offset amount.
