Abstract:
A control device for supplying powder in a balanced manner according to coal dust weight and distributing air according to weight, and a control method therefor. The device comprises a device for measuring the weight of coal dust conveyed by air (12, 12A, 12B, 12C, 12D), a primary air speed measuring device (11, 11A, 11B, 11C, 11D), a secondary air speed measuring device (14, 14A, 14B, 14C, 14D), a primary air fan (4) and a secondary air fan (10). The control method comprises: the device is installed in an existing coal-fired boiler powder manufacturing and powder supplying system and is used for measuring the weight of coal dust from all air supply pipelines and conducting balanced powder supply control. Air distribution control is conducted according to coal dust weight, and the ratio of the coal dust weight to the quantity of air distribution meets a requirement for a given excess air coefficient alpha. By means of the present invention, the weight of coal dust entering a furnace by means of all branch pipelines is consistent, the ratio between the weight of the coal dust of all the branch pipelines and the quantity of air distribution is consistent, so that the coal dust combustion in a boiler is stable, heat load and temperature distribution is uniform, and the coal dust combusts sufficiently and efficiently, thereby improving stability, safety and economic efficiency of running the boiler.
