Abstract:
In order to control the damping force of a suspension suitably in accordance with the steering state, this ECU (600) is provided with a roll attitude control unit (682) which refers to a torque signal, representing the steering torque applied to a steering member (410), and a steering signal, representing the steering angle of the steering member (410), and calculates a steering-derived target control amount which is referred to when controlling the damping force of the suspension.
