A control device (50) that controls multiple facility devices for adjusting the environment in a room. The control device (50) is equipped with: an installation information memory (510) and a space information memory (520) storing information pertaining to spaces the environment of which can be adjusted by each facility device; a target setting unit (502) that sets a target location in the room and a target environment for the target location; a device specification unit (503) that specifies a facility device capable of adjusting the environment at the target location; and a control unit (504). The control unit selects one control pattern from multiple control patterns for controlling a facility device so as to adjust the environment at the target location to the target environment, said selection being on the basis of the power consumed when control is executed in accordance with each control pattern, and the control unit controls the facility device specified by the device specification unit (503) by means of the selected control pattern.
