Abstract:
A control unit (110) stores the power consumption at a customer site in association with weather information and estimates future power consumption from the stored information and the weather information. The control unit (110) estimates, from power generation amount estimation information of power generation equipment (200) installed at the customer site and the estimated future power consumption, the occurrence of surplus power in which the power generated by the power generation equipment (200) exceeds the power consumption. When detecting the operation of an electric device (400) by the user, the control unit (110) obtains a function equal to the operation in an operation mode after the change, determines whether or not there is time or a combination in which the amount of the power consumption covered by the surplus power is more increased by at least one of changes in the combinations of change in operation time in the operation mode after the change and a plurality of operation modes than by being continuously operated in the operation mode after the change, and, if there is the time or the combination, presents the time or the combination.
