Abstract:
Provided are a control device for a work machine, a control system, and a control method, which reduce accidental collisions during operation of the work machine and which suppress reduction in the operation rate. A control device (30A) controls a work machine having a movable part, the control device comprising: an acquisition means (31) for acquiring state information indicating the attitude of the work machine, movement information indicating the movement of the work machine, and peripheral information indicating an arrangement of an object in the periphery of the work machine; a specification means (35) for specifying a safe distance to be set between the movable part and the peripheral object on the basis of the state information and the movement information; and a movement control means (36) for controlling the movement of the work machine according to the safe distance and the peripheral information.
