Abstract:
Provided are a control device and the like which can prevent an abnormality from occurring in a terminal that performs control using artificial intelligence, even if an abnormality occurs in another terminal that performs control using artificial intelligence. A control means (2) (first control unit) in a first terminal performs control using artificial intelligence. A control means (3) (second control unit) in the first terminal performs control without using artificial intelligence. If another terminal having a control means identical to the control means (2) (first control unit) is operating normally, a control switching unit (switching determination unit (5), switch (5a)) in the first terminal causes the control means (2) (first control unit) to perform control using artificial intelligence, whereas if an abnormality occurs in the terminal having the control means identical to the control means (2) (first control unit), then the control switching unit causes the control means (3) (second control unit) to perform control without using artificial intelligence.
