Abstract:
A device (60) for controlling the degree of tightness or looseness of a shoelace includes a clamp (61) and a guide (62). The clamp (61) includes a plane body (611) and two arms (613) formed at the two sides of the plane body (611). Passages which are defined by the arms (613) and the plane body (611) connect to holes through which a shoelace passes. Space (624) is provided within the guide (62) to contain the clamp (61). The space (624) is adapted to allow the shoelace to pass through and to allow the clamp (61) to move selectively relative to the guide (62). The gap between the plane body (611) and the arms (613) is thus variable, and the shoelace can be tightened or loosened between the plane body (611) and the arms (613).
