Title:
CONTROL DEVICE FOR VARIABLE-DISPLACEMENT OIL PUMP AND CONTROL METHOD THEREFOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/176270
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
According to the present invention, a diffusion discharge pressure (PLMT) at which a cooling-oil flow of cooling oil injected from an oil jet mechanism (35) spreads out into a diffusion state is set in advance, and a target discharge pressure of a variable-displacement oil pump (54) is adjusted such that a target discharge pressure of cooling oil discharged from the variable-displacement oil pump (54) does not exceed the diffusion discharge pressure (PLMT). In this way, because the discharge pressure of the variable-displacement oil pump (54) is adjusted to the target discharge pressure, at which a phenomenon in which the cooling-oil flow of the cooling oil injected from a nozzle of the oil jet mechanism (35) is diffused and spread out does not occur, it is possible to supply a sufficient amount of cooling oil to the inside of a cooling channel and to suppress a reduction in piston cooling efficiency.
