Abstract:
Provided is a control device for a vehicle drive device that is capable of improving drivability with a sequential transmission. With a sequential transmission, the engine rotational speed (Ne) is changed by means of torque contributed and generated by at least an engine (14) or a first electric motor (MG1). With such a sequential transmission, the greater the change in the engine rotational speed (Ned) when a gear shift occurs, which is the range of change in the rotational speed of the engine (14), the greater the proportion of torque (RTTe) contributed by the engine (14) is. Therefore, the greater the proportion of torque (RTTe) contributed by the engine (14), the greater the torque is by which the engine rotational speed (Ne) can be changed along with the progress of the sequential transmission through the active use of the engine (14), and thus an increase in the time it takes for a sequential transmission gear change can be suppressed and drivability with a sequential transmission can be improved.
