Abstract:
A control device for a vehicle drive device is equipped with: a target gear calculation unit (61), which calculates a target gear for a transmission mechanism (3) on the basis of the output rotational speed; a synchronization speed calculation unit (62) which, on the basis of the output rotational speed and the gear ratio of the target gear, calculates a synchronization rotational speed (N0) at which an input shaft (30) of the transmission mechanism (3) synchronizes with the output rotational speed at the target gear; a target speed calculation unit (63) which, when there is a request to switch the transmission mechanism (3) from a non-traveling range to a traveling range and it is determined that there is an acceleration request, calculates a target rotational speed (Na) of a rotary electric machine (5) so as to be higher than the synchronization rotational speed (N0) by a prescribed rotational speed (N2), and when it is determined that there is no acceleration request, calculates the target rotational speed (Na) of the rotary electric machine (5) so as to be lower than the synchronization rotational speed (N0) by the prescribed rotational speed (N2); and a speed control unit (64), which controls the rotational speed (Nm) of the rotary electric machine (5) to achieve the target rotational speed (Na).
