Abstract:

A control device (10) for a vehicle drive device (1) comprises: an engagement control unit (13) that controls the engagement state of a first engagement device (CL1) on the basis of an engagement control command; a hydraulic pressure information acquisition unit (14) that acquires hydraulic pressure information indicating a first hydraulic pressure (P1) which is supplied to the first engagement device (CL1); an acceleration information acquisition unit (15) that acquires acceleration information indicating the acceleration (A) of a vehicle; and a determination unit (16) that determines the state of the first engagement device (CL1). In a state in which the input rotational speed (Nm) is greater than zero and a transmission (TM) is in a drive transmission state in which driving force is transmitted, the determination unit (16) determines that the engagement state of the first engagement device (CL1) is abnormal if the engagement control command is a release command for releasing the first engagement device (CL1), the first hydraulic pressure (P1) is greater than a first threshold value (TH1), and the acceleration (A) is a negative value smaller than a second value (TH2).
