An ECU executes a program including: a step (S102) for executing a first charging control when a charging plug and a charging device have been connected (YES in S100), a step (S106) for finishing the first charging control when a CCV is higher than or equal to a threshold value OCV (0) (YES in S104), a step (S108) for executing a second charging control, and a step (S112) for finishing the second charging control when the charging has been completed (YES in S110).
