Abstract:
The present invention prevents unauthorized use of a vehicle. A control device (10) mounted to a vehicle (1) is provided with: a communication unit (13) that performs wireless communication with a communication terminal (20); and a control unit (11) that performs authentication on a user of the communication terminal (20) by using identification information received from the communication terminal (20) by means of the wireless communication. The control unit (11) allows the vehicle (1) to operate when: the user of the communication terminal (20) has been authenticated; a specific action performed by the user has been detected by the communication terminal (20); and a detection signal of the specific action has been received from the communication terminal (20).
