Abstract:
Disclosed is a control device for a vehicle provided with a variable compression ratio internal combustion engine, the control device controlling the vehicle provided with, as a drive system, an internal combustion engine with a variable compression ratio which coordinates the lock-up control of a lock-up mechanism and the control of the compression ratio with each other, and a transmission which comprises a torque converter and the lock-up mechanism between the engine output shaft and input shaft of the internal combustion engine and can change the ratio between the rotation speed of the input shaft and the rotation speed (Nout) of the output shaft connected to an axle, and the controlling device being provided with a first control means for switching the operating state of the lock-up mechanism according to the operating condition of the vehicle, and a second control means for changing the compression ratio in at least some of cases where the operating state is switched.
