The purpose of the present invention is to prevent a wind turbine generator from paralleling off by change of wind conditions even when the wind turbine generator is operated to limit power output. A plurality of wind turbine generators (14) generating power by rotation of rotors are provided in a wind farm (10), interconnected with an electrical system (20), and operated to previously limit power output in order to be capable of further supplying electric power to the electrical system (20) according to reduction of a frequency or a voltage generated in the electrical system (20). Wind turbine control devices (22) measure the numbers of rotations of rotors (12) which are physical quantities related to increase and decrease of the power output of the wind turbine generators (14) with respect to the corresponding wind turbine generators (14), and a centralized control device (16) sets limited amounts of the power output of the wind turbine generators (14) on the basis of the measured numbers of rotations of the rotors (12) every wind turbine generator (14).
