Abstract:
[Problem] To enable an indicator for transmission efficiency to be estimated even when only the characteristic value of one of the transmitting side and the receiving side is allowed to be used. [Solution] The control device as one embodiment of the present invention estimates an indicator for the power transmission efficiency between a power transmitting unit and a power receiving unit, said power transmitting unit including a first coil and a first capacitor, said power receiving unit including a second coil and a second capacitor and supplying the power received from the power transmitting unit to a load. The control device is equipped with an estimation unit for acquiring first information indicating the voltage at a first place in the power transmitting unit, second information indicating the current at a second place therein, third information indicating the voltage at a third place in the power receiving unit, and fourth information indicating the current at a fourth place therein and estimating an indicator for power transmission efficiency on the basis of any one of at least one characteristic value of a resistance component present in the power transmitting unit and at least one characteristic value of a resistance component present in the power receiving unit, the first information, the second information, the third information, and the fourth information.
