Abstract:
A control device (1) for controlling a vehicle drive device (100) comprises: a fixation mechanism (50) which switches the fixation state of a member connected to a first rotating electrical machine (20); and a separation mechanism (60) which switches the state of power transmission to a second rotating electrical machine (30). The control device (1) is provided with a first travel mode (Mode1) and a second travel mode (Mode2), the first and second travel modes (Mode1) and (Mode2) being switchable. The first travel mode (Mode1) is achieved when the fixation mechanism (50) is in an unfixed state and the separation mechanism (60) is in a transmission state. The second travel mode (Mode2) is achieved when the fixation mechanism (50) is in a fixed state and the separation mechanism (60) is in a non-transmission state.
