Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of controlling a behavior by using wide-range, global information. The present invention provides a control device constituted of a server and a plurality of terminals, characterized by being provided with: an occurrence probability prediction means for predicting occurrence probabilities of a plurality of different results that can occur in the future on the basis of past information; a priority calculation means for calculating priorities of a plurality of control targets on the basis of at least the occurrence probabilities of the plurality of different results, information detected in the terminals, and a parameter calculated in the terminals; and a control signal calculation means for calculating a control signal for determining an operation of the terminals on the basis of at least the control target with the highest priority.
