Abstract:
The present invention: finds a correction value that corrects measurement angle error signals, finding same more accurately than conventional control devices even if there is a bad signal-to-noise ratio for radio waves; and tracks a communications partner more accurately than conventional control devices. The present invention comprises: a program control unit 28 that generates a command value in the orientation direction of an antenna 1 and outputs same to an antenna drive control unit 27, said orientation direction changing in accordance with determined change scenarios 54; a correction value calculation unit 32 that calculates a phase correction value γ being an angle that a direction-of-arrival error is rotated, calculating same from at least three pieces of error measurement data 55 including a direction-of-arrival error and an orientation-direction-actual-measurement-value which are found from the sum signal and the difference signal of received signals, said direction-of-arrival error indicating the difference between the orientation direction and a direction of arrival being the direction the radio waves arrive and said orientation-direction-actual-measurement-value being an actual measurement value for the orientation direction when the direction-of-arrival error is found; and a tracking control unit 33 that outputs, as a command value, a value being the sum of the direction-of-arrival-error, corrected by the phase correction value γ, and the orientation direction actual measurement value, outputting same to the antenna drive control unit 27.
